EFFEERRECREATIONS "DIGITAL" GIFT CARD - GENERAL TERMS OF USE

1. On the website www.en.effeerrecreations.com the Customer will fill out a form where he/she will choose the amount of the "digital" Card and indicate the email address to which the card will be sent (it can be his/her own email address or that of a third party). In the email the card will be received in digital format.

2. The purchase price of the Card, which has not been activated, can be refunded with the same payment method used for the purchase of the same, within 14 days of purchase (refer to the terms and conditions of sale available on the site). For the refund it will be necessary to contact customer service with the email address registered on the site, communicating the order number relating to the purchase of the digital Gift Card.

3. The Card can only be used online and is personal. Once the card has been activated and registered with a specific profile, it cannot be shared with third parties.

4. The Digital Gift Card can be used by ticking the Gift Card option during checkout, in multiple solutions up to the initial value indicated.

5. The residual value of the Card can be consulted in the specific section of the reserved area on the website www.en.effeerrecreations.com.

6. If the purchase price of the desired items is higher than the remaining value of the Card, the difference must be paid using the payment methods accepted on the website www.effeerrecreations.com.

7. Items purchased using the Card on the website www.en.effeerrecreations.com will be subject to the terms and conditions of sale indicated on the said website.

8. The Digital Gift Card is active from the moment the recipient - or the sender in the case of hand delivery - receives the code and instructions for use by email; the 2-year validity period to calculate the expiration date will start from the moment of activation. The validity period will be shown in the appropriate section of your account.

9. Upon expiration of its validity, the Card cannot be renewed or used to purchase items; any residual credit cannot be claimed.

10. Digital Gift Cards cannot be purchased to purchase other gift cards. Gift cards cannot be purchased with discount codes.

11. Gift Cards are available in the following denominations:

1. The Gift Card (hereinafter, the "Card" or the "Cards") is the property of the entity that issues it, Francesca Ruggiero, with registered office in Pisa, via Vesalio n. 2, PIVA IT12436460963, N. REA PI-259397. The holder of the Card is considered a mere custodian of the same.

2. The Gift Card can be purchased using the accepted payment methods in person or on the website www.en.effeerrecreations.com.

3. The Gift Card is not nominative and can be used by anyone who presents it to purchase items. The owner of the Gift Card is solely responsible for the use and custody of the Gift Card. In case of theft, loss or damage, the Gift Card will not be replaced.

4. Gift Cards obtained by any fraudulent or illegal means will be considered null and void, cannot be used to purchase items and the purchase price cannot be refunded.

5. Francesca Ruggiero cannot be held responsible for any improper or fraudulent use of Gift Cards by third parties.

6. The purchase and/or use of the Gift Card entails full acceptance of these general conditions, which were made available to the customer at the time of purchase of the Card and available on the website www.en.effeerrecreations.com.

7. The Gift Card merely allows a payment method (equivalent to cash) and is not intended in any way as an investment tool and/or a solicitation to save.

8. Francesca Ruggiero is not responsible for any consequences, direct or indirect, connected to malfunctions of the Gift Cards and the systems for their management that are not dependent on her will.

9. Gift Cards cannot be purchased to buy other gift cards. Gift cards cannot be purchased with discount codes.

10. The Gift Card is valid exclusively for the purchase of items offered for sale on the website www.en.effeerrecreations.com or in person (where the service is available) up to the initial value of the Card.

11.The residual value of the Gift Card available from time to time will be the difference between the residual value available before the purchase and the relevant amount used for that purchase.

12. If the purchase price of the desired items is higher than the remaining value of the Card, the difference must be paid using the payment methods accepted on the website www.en.effeerrecreations.com or in person (where the service is available).

13. Items purchased using the Gift Card will be subject to the same general terms and conditions of sale valid for any other item purchased from effeerrecreations and will be subject to the terms and conditions of sale indicated on the said site.

14. The Gift Card is valid for two years from the date of purchase, the order confirmation email received will be valid for the same. Upon expiration of the validity, the Gift Card cannot be renewed or used to purchase items; any residual credit cannot be claimed. The validity period will be shown in the information provided at the time of order confirmation.
