Refund policy

• As provided by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 21/2014), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without any penalty and without giving any reason within 14 days from the date you receive the product.

• The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are made to measure or personalized, as stated in Article 59 of the Consumer Code.

• In the case of an order consisting of multiple items delivered separately, the 14-day period starts from the date you receive the last item.

• If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us clearly, providing your name, surname, username, and order number:

• Once you have submitted your withdrawal request, the product must be returned within 14 days to: Francesca Ruggiero, Via Vesalio 2, 56124 Pisa (PI), Italy.

• We kindly ask you to return the jewelry in its original condition, in its original packaging, complete in all its parts and with the accompanying fiscal documentation. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Each effeerrecreations piece is carefully handmade. For this reason, we invite you to handle and try your jewelry with care. If the returned product shows signs of use, wear, or conditions different from the original ones, the refund may be reduced proportionally to the loss in value.

• effeerrecreations reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned product has been received and its condition has been verified. Once the check has been completed, the refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days, including any initial shipping costs paid for delivery to the customer.

• The refund will be processed using the same payment method chosen at checkout. In the case of payment by bank transfer, you will need to provide your bank details (IBAN, SWIFT, and BIC) to allow us to complete the refund.

NB. In case of payment via PayPal, the fees charged by the platform (€0.35 + 3.4% of the total amount) will not be refunded.
